[@Karos] OK so the wraith thing I'm fine with as for her sword I would say that her sword can't just randomly appear in a person's chest.

How about this: the sword does not harm the person body physically but it hurts their soul thus they feel a pain that would normally be felt if it were physical however it would be much worse
