I was actually wondering if 'Hector' was referencing the really scary Trojan Warrior. The idea of naming... things after him is kind of scary in and of itself.

I also would note that dying by blood loss from such a manner would almost certainly make him a phantom (don't think that one is [i]too[/i] debatable). That wouldn't extend his lifespan, but would certainly keep... most of him... around longer.

Also, no worries- Kelvin can be satisfied with either Octavia or the King, and he probably wouldn't let the old vampire eat her right off the bat. [s]Get it... bat? No... okay..[/s]
