That's less metal manipulation and more just Western Alchemy. You can app that but like, the Einzberns were absolute geniuses at that, so even getting close to them in ability is bordering on impossible, and the Einzberns themselves are out of Fuyuki ever since Old Man Acht died in the Third HGW here.
