[@Dawnscroll]You could go to either, but a Pokemon Center would heal you faster. Being part human and part Pokemon, avatars can use Pokemon Centers and Pokemon healing items, but they take a while to work. An avatar would go from just past the knockout point to full health in about two hours. Worse injuries take more time; less injuries take less time. Moves like Heal Pulse or legendary healing abilities take much less time.
