This was a guy, right? The only ones that usually got thus nervous when he spoke to them were girls. Wait, nope. Guys did it too from time to time. But… Yea no. Ari was never wrong about genders. And he meant never. Not even when a guy was cross dressing pretty convincingly. He smiled at the boy and began to speak. “That’s great. My bad, my bad, didn’t mean to suddenly impose on you.” He said kindly, leaning back in his chair. Soon, he looked up once he heard a voice he recognized. “Gigi! I missed you! I didn’t get to see you pretty much the entire summer!” He said, a cheerful smile now on his face. He then shut up so that she could ask Beryl what she wanted to ask him. She looked like she was lying to Mackien but oh well. He wondered what happened over the summer but since he could see her now, he just let it go. Then, Darien walked in. Shit. Darien? He heard her say some rude things and shot her a glare but since Beryl didn't seem like he heard, he wasn't about to make a scene and cause Beryl to walk away. Darien was once of the girls that Mackien really had to bite his lip not to talk shit about. She probably had a good side but she did a darn good job at hiding it. To put it simply, she's a bitch. Mackien isn't a fan of her while Ari finds her entertaining and funny to watch. He sighed and turned back the Beryl and Gigi, waiting for someone to start talking again.
