You can take your time. I am happy to see character who doesn't fall into the typical "dark" streak role players so love to go with. I want to accept your character Lugia, mainly because he's a breath of fresh air from the characters I see on a daily basis. It's like so many players have something against making characters with a more light hearted personality. 


Okay, look. Because I see great potential with your character, I will actually go ahead and accept him, though I'd appreciate it if you took your time in adding to his sheet when you are able. As long as the character shines in whatever way he can in the RP, I'm happy with him. 

So, I go back on my previous decision and decide to actually accept him because it's refreshing to see a character who knows how to smile.
