But yeah, I was actually going to say that I saw nothing wrong with Lugia's character, other than him needing a bit more fleshing out. I think what's there is a good start, but perhaps more stuff pertaining to aspirations, motivations, etc. will do the trick. Of course I'm not the GM, so Shard's more the one to be listening to, but that's just how I feel as a fellow player. That being said, denying it for now is a good call, just so he can fix it up n' such and resubmit it.
