I think she is perfectly fine, except that she has too many weapons. 

I've said the before, but the equipment slot isn't meant to be an extra slot for weapons. You CAN have weapons, but you can only have one or something similar. I'd recommend placing the poison dart guns up to the weapon section with the poison, and then adding some more non-combat related items to the equipment.
