I have a certain translation ready for you. However it seems like I'm reading a rather complicated excerpt from some random text because I can't seem to make context of it:

A varying sense of images, colors, and sounds that as a whole made moving pictures. Glimpses of desires, those seen in the past and those seen now, flickered by along with something...else. 

Something more.

An overarching sensation of something burning. A searing pain that, despite its brief appearance, was gone in an instant. As if the last beats of a heart had suddenly been snuffed out.
