Step 1: Buy whiskey
Step 2: Get drunk
Step 3 (optional): Get arrested by the Military Police
Step 4: Wake up hungover in the barracks

Easy as that. On the plus side, [i]I'd[/i] never cancel a drink session. Booze is hard to come by.
