Possible, but it would be pretty boring since you wouldn't be involved with most of the RP so consider it wisely, I'd say. 
If you were to make one, what role would he play? Depending upon that I could try and help you fit him in. 

Also YES I AM HERE I was in all incarnations of this thing, right from the beginning ^_^ I think I'm also an unofficial co-GM of this one? [@agentmanatee] Was that ever solidified?
