[quote=@whizzball1] Well, we know that having other universes with different laws of physics is possible, if greatly fine-tuned. What Seth does is something like what I do when layering reality--instead of creating actual alternate realities with whole different laws of physics, he establishes the framework of several alternate realities with small changes to the laws of physics. All these together add up to a big change that he wants. He takes these frameworks, layers them over the reality that he wants to change, and then extends the properties of all these theoretical alternate realities over the normal reality. I'm glad to see the marker I put did what it was supposed to. Surely your most obvious solution would then be to go to a universe with completely different physics. That would require different frameworks to alter and different math to get the same results. A local area change would work as well. A dimensional fissure phase could render it useless altogether. Data should be able to handle that quite handily.
