[@Weird Tales] I think he was more referring to the Superboy presented in the Young Justice the animated series, rather than the comic adaptation. And in all honesty the comic book Superboy basically used his non-Superman powers to compensate for his human DNA and be more Superman like.

[@Princeofhearts] He still seems to be a little too well rounded. He seems to have too great of a control over his powers, putting him leagues a head of the other young heroes who are trying to get a better grasp of them. If you want we can go into PM and discuss this further if you want =)
