[@Fubsy]How about making your character one of Garrett's acquaintances as well? Could be interesting. For now, I'm not sure where Garrett stands yet. He could be working for Seraphine, maybe as one of her informants? [@Nosuchthing] Wherever anyone knows about his power or not would be up to you guys. As for his role in our upcoming festival, I'm thinking he would be around, working a stall or something, cause the guy's broke and even metahumans need to eat too ya know. (Unless you have the ability of generate food out of your hands...mhmmmm)
