[@Weird Tales] Fair enough, just do three things for me and he should be good to go. One is be careful with his [I]4th wall knowledge"[/I], having that much insight on literally everything in not only one universe but dozens of them can be a bit of a deus ex machine type situations that would put Batman to shame. Keep your word about his dimensional belt and not abuse its power. Lastly maybe tone down his flight speed a bit, I only say this because I gave [@knighthawk] such a hard time for his speedster character.
