Being trapped whistling inside of some cage wouldn't have done him many favors over the countless years; however, while I've avoided any steadfast rules, usually if the elemental gets referred to as a djinn then it's pretty powerful. This one has displayed the ability to pick up Toby and take on a humanoid form, so it could reasonably be compared to Atmus, our windy bastard who died in my last post after receiving only part of one line :lol
