Conner
That didn't go as well as Conner would have hoped. The boy stepped backwards at the sight of the familiar's aggressive stance and piercing red eyes. He didn't want to engage in a fight whatsoever and even tried to express this by waving his arms in front of him and shaking his head "No" but for some reason, he felt his muscles stiffen before doing it. Now that he thought about it, he found it strange that he couldn't peer away from the moth's stare, and closing them seem to have been meaningless as well. Could this be his ability? He thought to himself. In his perspective, he could tell the moth could only be doing this to protect their master, and if that was the case then Conner's best course of action was to surrender in order to show them both that he meant no harm. Although if he was wrong and was to be attacked... well lets just say that a water mage like him has ways of casting spells without moving to defend himself. By that, meaning the talisman ring he wears on his hand was hovering slightly over his pocket, which containined the bubble bottle he was using earlier. "I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare y-you... I a-assure you that wasn't my intention h-heheheh" He chuckled nervously. At times like this, he really wished he'd wouldn't be so fidgety around others. Maybe then he could state things more clearly and give better explanations than these short responses he always seem to muster out. "M-my names Conner and if your going to the library for b-books, my dorms there and I-I' know where specific books can be located if your looking for one... " At this point, Conner was growing more uncomfortable by the second while forcibly keeping eye contact with the familiar. Fear was being built up inside him as he waited to see how they would respond. [@liferusher] [@Zelosse]
