[@Skelace] Well, a black mage in the Imperium is not exactly a common sight, but it's entirely possible to be there. Lack of magic in the land has nothing to do with the casting of magic, it's just that those with magical gifts are extremely rare to be born in Avenase. Tyme is one of those extremely rare cases.
