I usually can't pull off Europeans. I've never tried my hand at Latino men but talking about Latinos makes me want to dust off my BAMF military Latina woman from ages back. (I'd say black men are iffy for me, but anyone from "The wrong side of the track" I'd be iffy on because I've never lived inner city and have no experience with that sort of life style. And saying all black men are "gangstas" is racist and not true. But: Go rural living!)
