[@Ermine] I could have phrased it better, but essentially he didn't see teleport itself coming, but rather the uppercut that came after it. Those tend to be fairly telegraphed, especially to someone who has any amount of Martial Art skills, which Falcon does due to Martial Arts being one of his 3 abilities.
