In terms of playing a character of colour, I've never really had a problem with it. With Miles, I'm fortunate enough to get some help from Bendis, who's really starting to get into his thoughts about being "the black Spider-Man". 

With playing women/girls, I have to say some of the most fun I've had is playing Mia Dearden in Henry's game. Seriously. I loved it. It's never a challenge for me, so much as... [i]fun[/i].
