[@ArenaSnow] Pushing a thought into someone's mind is very different than seeing into someone's mind or locating them through their mind. She can give the intruder a daydream, even if there's a higher chance than normal to fail, whether she knows their exact location of not, whether she can see into their mind or not. The only things that could be keeping Regina from succeeding would be the fact that Isabeau's mind is stronger than Regina's, whether she was trained or not, and the fact that Regina has a hard time staying focused long enough to actually give someone a daydream without getting 1 herself.
