Yup, as Jorjor said. I used photoshop and depending on whether I have the free time or not, I either download the scenes I want to gif (usually from YouTube) or I just use pre existing gifs if I either don't have time or I don't watch the show(s). Most of what I know is on YouTube as tutorials, if you wanna know the exact methods lol
