[@Aewin] [@SgtEasy] Yeah, I understand that, with finals and all but nearly a month since a post and over a week since a word for some when they have been online; I dunno. Figure a 30 second "have finals, be back in a week" isn't too much to ask.

Maybe open to new comers, if old comers come back and their apartment is rented out, pull a sublet thing. Like they had gone vacation or left for a family member and came back soon. Perhaps having couples move in together and take a single bedroom, which would open up more room over all. 

Just tossing around ideas until [@Xtreme] and I finish up our colab. Once it's posted I'll time skip and we can go from there one way or another.
