Jakar nodded his assent to Dyllon's request. A bit of scouting would make for a nice change of pace after sitting so long in the carriage. Around him, several of his companions were discussing the best way to accomplish their task, one or two of them already setting off ahead on the path or through the undergrowth. Jakar's own inclination was to accompany the half-dwarf off the trail, moving in the shadows and watching from the periphery, but as his stiff legs twinged again, he regretfully reminded himself that he wasn't as nimble as he once was.
