[@RaeoftheLight]Hmm... I can see where it would be nice to have a mix of newbies and vets, but at the same time if I allow vets they will naturally have to start off more powerful. Idk where I stand with that. I guess if nobody minds then we'll fly with it.

As for the facility, what more do you want to know than they're alignment?
