[@Framing A Moose] They would do whatever was necessary. I am sure there is something they could do for the muscle memory. Everyone needed to be able to control their skills and abilities. The purpose of the school isn't to make them good. Every story needs a villain. The purpose is to give them control of the skills and abilities so that they accomplish the chaos they want to cause rather then just random destruction.
