The basic idea is that the players the group are involved with need to win.  Its a mecha based universe with the usual giant robots and awesome tech but a scientist manages to find a way to soup up the mecha in a very dramatic way.  The scientist figures out a way to combine a pilot's supernatural powers with the mecha's tech.  So this means that gifted humans and supernatural creatures can now become very powerful pilots.

So a few examples...a vampire pilot giving mecha the ability to leech energy.  A Yuki-Onna giving the ability to produce ice.  An arachne letting a mecha shoot cable 'threads'.  Etc.  Basically whatever supernatural ability the pilot has, this new mecha system incorporates that aspect into the Mecha's systems somehow.

So the main premise is these new 'supernatural' mecha are going to be key in the upcoming battles and such to make for some rather different, mecha action.

This idea just kind of came to me so I'm not sure what route I'd take it yet.  Just coming to see if there is any interest for this sort of thing.  Yay or Neigh.
