I usually don't include sexuality in my CS.  I leave it ambiguous so I can take any romantic opportunity that arises(or reject one dramatically for sexuality reasons).  

But since it was asked, I figured a demon probably doesn't have any opinion about human genitals.  While I'm sure he enjoys sex, his preferences for a partner are more aesthetic than sexual.
