[/quote]The Pace is something I am VERY Happy with. I cannot respond more frequently. I have not had time to make my first post yet. I hope tomorrow I will have time, but the kids are home from school, so who knows.

I study Krav Maga, which is an Israeli Self Defense form. Our school uses the Muay Thai strike sets and borrows its ground defense from Jiu Jitsu. This is the advertisement from my school. This video includes my instructors and students who many of whom in this video are friends of mine.
