First of all, you don't have to sign anything to be tricked into agreeing to do something. Secondly, you don't actually have to agree to do it. The person doing the tricking just has to only make sure you say the words in such a way that it could reasonably be believed that you did in fact, agree to it.

Thirdly, you never actually asked Absolis the terms of how you would sign it. I do believe spelling 'Slotter' was the words of agreement in this case, which you typed.

Don't argue with someone with a Law Enforcement degree who also had to sit through a few legal lectures.
