[@Letter Bee] Possibly. I wouldn't say that worked together or had much in the way of communications seeing as Tahlia acted as a stand alone fortress for much of her time, but records in the Red Star database would show much of both their details. So the name an identity may ring a bell. 

Tahlia could come across as a bit patriotic with her gear (bit of a trait I was going for) so that could cause some friction between the two at the start.
