[@RiverMaiden] yeah... A lot of the people she cares about are going end up hateing her. She has known this from the beginning. But she is doing this for them to protect them. If Asher were to die then the threat and the war would only grow worse for everybody. That's the main reason why she protected him. Either Lucius doesn't realize this or he hates her regardless, I don't know. But Octavia is always protecting them, whether they realize it... Or not. And as a result, it is going to cause a lot of people she cares about to hate her and want her dead.

What's worse is she wants to help Lucius but she can hardly move herself. She can't do anything but watch as her once faithful knight is killed by a monster before her very eyes.
