My idea is introducing the pilots at the same time, this “filler” period between 11:00 and 12:00 will serve for something players can do— introspection, reflection, conversation, etc. OOC-wise I’m waiting on some changes with the last two CS’s before I accept them and figure to progress the plot.

If already accepted new pilots want to write a post where they are an hour away from New Anchorage to introduce their characters (where they are at this point, reflection, thoughts on New Anchorage, etc) it could be doable, but it does throw off uniformity with the pacing. Up to you guys if you [i]want[/i] to.
