Hmm, if memory serves, that lovely little snippet comes from 1d4chan. Not quiiite the most accurate of sources for your W40k lore. Granted, they aren't necessarily always [i]wrong[/i], but the wording is usually a wee bit more frank and more a fan of brevity than lexicanum. (And I do hope the sarcasm is bleeding through the screen right now)
