It's totally possible that Seyrun will have to skim around the conflict until a servant becomes available so that she can do a contract in better terms. She would still need to have s few spare CSs, just in case her Servant gets rebellious, but even w/o them she can be considered a Master of she manages to forge a contract. I mean, that was exactly the case with Kuzuki, who want even a mage. Hell, if a wolf can become one, anyone can.
