D&D 3.5 sorcerers don't have bloodlines. If you're going by the PFSRD, that's an entirely different game, too different for it to be adapted back into 3.5 without some major rehashing to the point you've already made a hybrid system out of the two. If you [i]really[/i] must have that dragon flavor text, then what you're looking for is the [url=http://www.d20srd.org/srd/prestigeClasses/dragonDisciple.htm]Dragon Disciple Prestige Class[/url]. But that does imply, at the minimum, a solid education on arcane lore, knowing draconic as a language, and having a dragon willing to take you in as it's disciple. 

And no, you cannot retroactively remake yourself into a Dragon Disciple. If you really want it, figure out a way IC to pursue this goal.  Maybe offer yourself to this dragon or whatever.
