After some discussion, here's some other stuff.
Perhaps change the two Inferno-Pistols to something less powerful? Bolt Pistols maybe? Inferno Pistols are sort of like this, think of it like End-Game legendary gear, and we're still in Chapter 1 of the RP. Gear Progression is something that I encourage, and starting with the best stuff isn't that fair to the others, nor is it that amusing when you can just speedrun through a column of tanks and kill all of them because you're dual wielding two anti-tank weapons in pistol form.

The nickname isn't exactly necessary, but if you do have one that isn't a bastardization of the characters full name, how did the character get the nickname?

You could also beef up the Notable Deeds. It's your chance to show off what sort of character your character is. Which is primarily why we don't have a personality section. I think that was the reason.
