[@KillBox][@samreaper][@Jageroux][@FellbloodFool][@Infichi][@Classpet] Sheesh, that was one woman that took no shit from anyone. He could respect someone with a strong, rebellious spirit. After all, it's not like he himself was exactly someone to take anyone's bull. Hell, he would've retorted, but it would've just been a waste of his breath. Someone like Shauna only respected the strong so he would have to simply earn that respect. For now, there wasn't much point in arguing with her. "Oh aren't you just a treat." Roma chuckled, appreciating the spirit that she brought to his crew, well, his two person crew. Actually four person crew if the fishman and rabbit lady were to be included. The fishman would be one hell of an asset with his physical and cooking abilities. Not to mention that he was also quite the character, which could also be said about the rabbit woman. She reminded him of one of those comic relief characters that he found in comic books that were really popular with the kids in his hometown. If there was anything to be said about her was that she looked quite tough, as if she was used to hard labor. Definitely someone he could rely on in the future. There was an existence that he almost completely forgot about. That white haired guy who snuck aboard the ship during the chaos. He gave off this weird vibe, like he wasn't exactly right in the head kind of weird. Then again who was Roma to judge? He could guarantee that every single person that commandeered this ship though perhaps this guy was a little more nuts than everyone else. Also, where did he get that chair? "Uh, sure I-" The guy didn't even stop and wait for an answer. He just went off to do his own thing. There was also that gun toting pipsqueak with a big mouth. For a kid he was definitely a dangerous guy and perhaps a bit sensitive about his, or rather, his lack of height. Roma wasn't exactly sure what to make of the twerp, but hey, it couldn't hurt to try and recruit him. It seemed like they were ready to move, but there was someone walking up to the deck. He could hear the footsteps behind him and saw that it was a very pale person wearing sunglasses. Just by looking at him gave Roma the creeps though there was more to it than that. Whatever it was that made Roma unsettled was unknown. It was perhaps just out of natural instinct when there was something not quite right with someone. "You, who are you?" Much later The marine ship that they hijacked had sailed away from Rum Island with its new odd crew managing it. The mid-morning sky that they were under had set into a deep orange with the sun sinking into the horizon. Today had been a long day; biggest execution of the century, botched execution, startling truths, and a whole lot of violence. And that was all within the span of a few hours! Now here are the main characters of the story, cruising along the seas with a stolen marine ship after the hellish day they've been through. Some more than others. As for one of the characters, Roma was manning the helm of the ship towards the nearest island. They would probably arrive tomorrow if the weather permitted it. The captain looked on beyond the horizon, wondering what tomorrow would bring him. This really was one hell of a big first step in his career as a pirate. It meant that as of today he is a wanted man, something his poor father who worked for the marines dreaded. Still, it was all worth it if it meant he was free to explore and adventure as much as he wanted. Roma held a cigarette in between his lips, smoke seeped out from the tip of it. If someone told him that cigarettes killed then he would've responded that it probably be the most tamed way he would go out.
