The Drakken choose their brides themselves. If you're asking if they pay for them, that'd be a nah. They paid for them in blood, I guess XD

Yeah normally they just go up to one and say "yo bitch come with me" BUT sometimes two Drakken want the same girl. In this case, they will almost definitely fight for it because Drakken are hotheaded bastards. Since out pairings are already set (unlike the first thread) fights aren't as likely but if you feel like staging one with someone else, feel free to arrange it!
