[color=ed1c24]Edit:[/color] I'm thinking in the role play that at first the powers aren't very strong, at least for Rae. The potential is there but her hang-ups and fears about the situation, and overall disbelief, is keeping her from tapping in to the power completely. She has to concentrate more on keeping it controlled at first, and will later learn to do things while running or thinking other things.
