I think it's quite easy actually. Just think of what qualities it is you think defines Ansiel :D

Is she very strong? Maybe create a story about how she turned a bent iron bar into a makeshift sledge and decimated an ork outpost!

Is she particularly sturdy? Maybe a backstory about how she survived an explosion! Or survived the wrath of an angry warboss!

Is she a sherlock-holmes girl? Make a story about how she played a pivotal role in rooting out a heretical nest!

Is she particularly naughty? Maybe a story about how she lured an enemy through her charm into slipping up vital information :D (or just an event that got her in trouble!)
