Val is an even-tempered, gentle, quiet guy. He's friendly, but not
very outgoing. He can have a very short fuse, especially when he

Was born in a tiny town in Italy and left on the steps of a
cathedral as a newborn. After ten years of trouble in the system,
living in and around Italy, he was finally adopted by the Harlow
family in Starlit City.

When talking to somebody, he has a habit of repeating back to them
the last few words that they said, often in agreement. It probably
has something to do with English not being his first language.

He likes crocheting, cooking, and working out. He doesn’t love
telling people about the first two things, being concerned about his
image an all that good teenage stuff, but he’s very quick to tell
others about how ripped he is!
