That's implaying that Belvast wasn't his own wife all along, and Not-A-Cat was just his wife thinking that she had tricked Belvast when in fact he pops back outta the ground and then reveals that he is secretly da best. And then the credits predict an award winning sequel where he has to steal Leo's oscar to stop the new memes from spreading.
