So, here's one... As an avid tabletop gamer, I love bringing newbies into the hobby, and I'm elated when someone decides to try GMing for the first time. However, one thing that always bugs me is when the newbie [i]won't share their feelings on the game.[/i] You know: they don't want to upset the group, so they just nod and smile and say "Oh, I'm having fun" when they probably aren't. I'd rather know what I - or we, as a group - are doing to bother ya so we can address any issue there may be. Trust in your group, folks! TRUST!
