Okay honestly (I know I hardly poke my head in here and I stay in PM until I have my character up but I'll make an exception here) I see where you want to know about characters ahead of time, but I think another way to put it Hillan's way is that we should give a general sense of the character, but we shouldn't try and define them and let everyone see (Including ourselves) just how our characters define themselves.
