"Best" of anything will always end up with fights in the comments, so be prepared for that. Stating it's your personal opinion like what [@ClocktowerEchos] mentioned, is a good way to address this.

Also, a way to engage your comments is to ask the audience about their favorite characters and why. You could then do a follow up video where you tally up some of the more popular and list off their recommendations and reasons. For this don't list an order as that can cause issues with [i]"Light was mentioned more... doesn't mean he's better than Alphonse"[/i], but just the simple act of doing so will not only bring your audience closer to you, but gives you more content.
