 Nikki could flank to the side because the group is so spaced out and could easily pull a gun on 10k but Nikki wouldn't be able to get behind 10k and not get noticed. Either way 10k is outmanned by 10 people and there's no way she'll be getting out alive if she fires. It's basically just a three way stand off now if 10k shoots Ethan, Nikki shoots and if Nikki shoots first the arrow will be hitting Ethan.
