Sabine looked around as if she might find Ma'tanza in the immediate area. "Hmm...I do not know what her duties are. But she does practice magic." Sabine turned to Peiter, "We might find her practicing with the other mages. If she is not there, we could ask anyone there for her or her mentor." Without any other leads coming to mind immediately, Sabine began walking in the direction of the training rooms. They had targets set up for practicing combat magic, but there was no guarantee that Ma'tanza would be doing that. Along the way, Sabine made another suggestion. "We might try finding her friends and relatives in the common areas if she is not there." [hr] If he were honest, Tzirret did not know what to expect from La'khay's response. What she said made sense, but there wasn't much advice in it. Her descriptions even evoked a bit of what he feared the battle would be like. Regardless, Tzirret still appreciated the understanding. "It is okay," Tzirret replied, "I'll show them that Tzirret can do it. Then they might not treat him like a child anymore."
