"Yeah, I think your right.  Here, I have an idea."  Jim got up in the front of the window and stuck his hand out ever so slightly.  "I'll shoot shoot from here and you take the back.  That might not get rid of all the light, but if there's any flashes from the outside then hopefully it won't do too much damage to your........er shadowy equipment."  He turned his attention back to the the task at hand, and focused on his arm.

It didn't take long for the limb to start glowing with yellow power.  "Oh, and one more thing.  Please, don't hit me.  I mean, I know we're just getting used to this, but maybe instead of a shredding gun like from earlier, a nice sniper rifle like thing would do?  Eh... Eh!"  He swallowed hard, narrowed his eyes and let loose a blast of electricity into the nearest of the hoard members.
